ALTO ADIGE GEWÜRZTRAMINER DOC
Description: Straw- to golden-yellow, aromatic and full-bodied, discreet to pungent on the nose, agreeably dry and spicy with hints of clove, roses and lychee.
Goes well with: With fish based appetisers, pâtès, foie gras. It also makes an excellent dessert wine.
Served lightly chilled: 11 - 13°C
Grape variety: 100% Gewürztraminer
Cultivation area/soil/climate: Cornaiano – Rungg, gravely soil
Breeding/growing system: Guyot
Yield: 55 hl/ha
Winemaking: stainless steel tanks, controlled temperature
Cellaring: 1-5 years
ALTO ADIGE SCHIAVA DOC
Description: delicious pale to full ruby red wines low in tannin. The wines are eminently quaffable, mild and fruity often with a delicious almondy aftertaste with scents of cherries, violets and raspberries.
Goes well with: With typical Tyrolean afternoon snacks (speck, sausage etc); it is also a favourite 'tavern wine', a perfect match for pasta dishes, pizza, white meats and mild cheeses.
Served: lightly chilled 14° - 16°C

Breeding/growing system: Pergola
Yield: 75 hl/ha
Winemaking: malolactic fermentation in steel tanks, maturatuion in oak barrels (15hl)

ALTO ADIGE LAGREIN DOC
Description: is full ruby to dark garnet in colour, with a nose reminiscent of violets, blackberries and bitter chocolat. On the palate it is full-bodied, velvety and pleasantly bitter.
Goes well with: with game, red meat and piquant cheese.
Served: 16° - 18°C
Grape variety: 100% Lagrein
Cultivation area/soil/climate: Bolzano – Gries, loam and gravel, alluvial soil
Breeding/growing system: Guyot
Yield: 80 hl/ha
Winemaking: in big wood barrels (Tonneaux)
Cellaring: 3 - 8 years
